About the Position:

As a Senior Designer, you’ll learn from experienced Architects and Project Managers as you collaborate and develop projects for our branded clients. As a part of the Wilkus team you’ll receive learning opportunities and mentorship as well as the opportunity to join our company culture.

What we’re seeking:
Strong proficiency in architectural design and drafting skills.
Understanding of architectural design principles, codes, and construction processes, with some grasp of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering concepts and building codes.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, with a keen interest in continuous learning and development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and convey information clearly and consistently.
Proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ability to engage in basic communications with them as directed.
Knowledge and experience with common practices and procedures in restaurant and retail design.
Capacity to thrive both independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A minimum of a technical degree in architecture or drafting is required. This position is suitable for candidates with 5+ years of commercial architecture experience.
