Whether it’s a work of art or a comfortable space, Leif has always enjoyed good design. He recognized early on that there is an underlying force that brings elements together, gracefully. His curiosity led him down various paths, but ultimately, after gaining his technical expertise, Leif is happy to become a part of that force and contribute to its creations.

Leif has always been an enthusiastic illustrator, primarily calligraphy and hand lettering, but he enjoys sketching of all things. As a former Minneapolis bicycle messenger (for 10 years), Leif is an avid cyclist and supporter of the local cycling community, but he also really loves riding his bike in new cities and landscapes. He also has two wiener dogs that consume a fair amount of his time and energy.
