Project Summary:
Lakes & Legends Brewing Company is a local MN based brewery set on the edge of the Minneapolis table. Lakes & Legends specializes in Belgian and Farmhouse ales supported by limited-release beers that find inspiration from global flavors and use ingredients that bring to life the seasons of The North. They focus on quality ingredients, spotlighting their farming partners wherever possible. They further their focus by taking it to their taproom, creating a welcoming space where communities come together, slow down, and create those experiences that last a lifetime.
Wilkus Architects provided full scope design-build services from initial lease negotiation through construction, working closely with Blue Construction. The design includes a 3,000 square foot taproom, 9,000 square foot brewery/ warehouse and 35 foot long bar with plenty of seating. Supported by a great staff, it’s almost impossible not to find a place to relax and sample their belgian style brews.
