As an architectural consultant since 1990, Wilkus Architects has assisted Chipotle Mexican Grill with over 250 award-winning restaurants in multiple regions of the United States. Wilkus Architects provides full-scale architectural services including site assessment, schematic design, construction documentation, coordination of the permitting and bidding process, together with construction observation.
Wilkus Architects and Chipotle Mexican Grill have also worked closely together to complete projects under the LEED for Retail Green Building Rating System. The team has conducted extensive research into substainable building practices in an effort to green Chipotle’s development and operations.
