Project Summary:

Care Counseling partnered with Wilkus Architects to establish a new clinical hub in St. Louis Park, MN, focusing on an adaptive reuse of an existing two-story, commercial office building. The design included new entry vestibule, lobby, reception, restrooms, clinic offices and support services on level 01, with additional clinical offices and support services on level 02. Wilkus Architects worked in parallel with Care Counseling’s design team, introducing a new design aesthetic unique to St. Louis Park. Architectural services included pre-design support from assessment to acquisition, and full design services through construction administration.
