DINING HALL + COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

The first shovel hit the ground with the Dining Hall and Commercial Kitchen in 2007. Wilkus Architects provided design services for the project, which was completed in two phases with the coordination of the demolition of the existing undersized facility.

The new dining hall has capacity for 200 campers, and can also be a space for weddings, trainings and retreats. The kitchen creates delicious food for each rush of campers. The facility was styled to match the existing 1960's buildings with the log look.
